[NEWS] SHINee’s Minho wanted to become a soccer player?

If some of you didn't know, SHINee member Minho's father is Chae Yoon Kyum, a soccer coach for the Daejeon Citizens.

Well, on the recent episode of KBS 2TV's Sang Sang Plus, Minho, as well as SHINee's KeyOnew starred on the show. During the show, Minho revealed his love for soccer - just like his father. He commented, "When I was young, I loved to play sports so I begged my father to support me. But my father denied, saying that it is a tough road to take."

When Minho was young, he used to love soccer to the point where he wanted to become a soccer player. He still loves soccer today as when he has a spare time, he tries to find a ball and play soccer. In outer appearance, Minho looks soft and gentle but he is tough and has excellent skills. I'm pretty sure nobody can beat his tough spirit.

Looking at how successful he is today, as he is in one of Korea's most famous idol groups, SHINee, I'm sure he wouldn't regret that he gave up his dream of becoming a soccer player... right?
