SM Entertainment, who has been having a lawsuit with its artists Kim Junsu, Kim Jaejoong, and Park Yoochun, had released two press releases in a day, and this strong move had attracted much attention.

In the noon of the 2nd of November, SM had released their stand on this issue through their lawyer.

SM's representative lawyer stated, "The decision by the Central Court was not made under the consideration of the core issue; it only states that the three members can have their solo activities, and not have the rights to authenticate Dong Bang Shin Ki."

He added, "In the process of this lawsuit, SM has insurance from being harmed, and that includes all three members with the total of 3 billion won. They will request compensation for the damage this lawsuit had created."

Four hours from the press release, SM held a press conference at 3:00 pm once again to emphasize their stand on this lawsuit. This is the first ever press conference that SM held after the three members filed a lawsuit against their agency.

Mr. Kim Young Min, the CEO of SM Entertainment, together with the director from SM Japan and other staff from SM, attended the conference with expressionless faces, and left right after they announced the notice from eight pieces of A4-sized paper.

Once again, Mr Kim stated that the lawsuit is not about the 'inhuman' contract; rather, it was all about the three members' personal business investment on beauty products. He also emphasized their scheduled comeback next spring, and would expect the three members to give a response by the 12th of November.

From this, we can see that SM Entertainment is desperately 'wanting to end this' after the decision of the Court on the 27th of last month.
