[NEWS] Latest DBSK news on the lawsuit against SM Entertainment

According to Taiwan Media Sources, DBSK member, “ Hero Kim Jae Joong , Xiah Kim Jun Su, Micky Park Yoo Chun” had charged a lawsuit against SM Entertainment. However, Seoul Central District Court , sentenced that :


1. The lawsuit between DBSK and SM Entertainment is ended for temporary.

2. DBSK members ( Hero , Junsu and Micky) can temporary involved with DBSK current activities.


DBSK and SM Entertainment had signed a 13 –year contract. “Mostly at that time DBSK is extremely famous, The Seoul Central District Court claims”. In the same contract paper, it was very unfair. DBSK member Hero , Micky , and Xiah had charge a lawsuit against SM Entertainment on this year ( 2009 ) July, they stated that the company is unfair and they hope to terminate the contract. This case is highly possible that the lawsuit between DBSK and SM Entertainment will be invalid.

Until the exact sentenced was determined, SM Entertainment cannot excluded this three member of DBSK of involving in their activities. SM Entertainment claims that they will continue to appeals this case and they wont’ let DBSK dissmiss.
