The name list for this years China-South Korea Music Festival has been confirmed, and after 13 amendments, TVXQs name has been taken off the list.
The participants from South Korea include: Super Junior-M, SS501, Lee Jung Hyun, Jewelry, RYAN, YEOUL, Kan Mi Yeon, Koo Jun Yup, f(x).
Initially, the Chinas broadcasting station extended invitations to TVXQ, but they were eventually rejected.
Especially in a time like this, Taegoon cant help but to check up on TVXQs Hero Jaejoong.
We see each other often. But I dont know much (about things like the lawsuit). I didnt want to pry when my friend was having such a hard time. I just eat with him, have tea and things like that.
Taegoon has revealed that even though he has risen to stardom, because Hero Jaejoong is such a superstar, they practically have to prepare a 007 mission every time they meet.
We usually meet in Jaejoongs car. We drink coffee together after parking in the waterfront of the Han River. Uh, when I put it like that, it somehow sounds a little odd. (laughs)
Recently, the three members of Dong Bang Shin Ki (Hero JaeJoong, Micky YooChun and Xiah JunSu), who were involved in a lawsuit against their company, have once again emphasized that their intention is only to resolve their contract problem, and not to disband.
On the 25th of September, they stated through an interview with a newspaper that they were not aware of any drama plans. They also said that they will look into this issue, as they do not know what exactly happened, and even their managers were not notified of this, too.
On the other hand, Dong Bang Shin Kis Hero JaeJoong, Micky YooChun and Xiah JunSu had filed a lawsuit against their agency company SM Entertainment, and had also successfully submitted the request for the evidence of their past earnings history and receipts.
On the 21st of August, both parties were present at the Seoul Central Court for the hearing regarding cars that were owned by both, and are still waiting for a verdict from the court.*
* Referring to the cars that were supposedly given to the three, but it turns out that they were still under SM Entertainments name
Boy band TVXQ member Chung Yun-ho, currently starring in MBC TV series "No Limit" and his co-star actress Ara have bid fans a happy Chuseok thanksgiving holiday.
"I hope everyone spends a joyful and bountiful Chuseok. I hope you continue to enjoy our drama too as much as everyone is working hard on it," Chung was quoted saying in a press release by his agency SM Entertainment on Tuesday.
Ara said: "I hope you have a happy Chuseok and make wishes looking at the full moon and eat delicious food." She added that she would be busy over the holidays shooting for her Wednesday and Thursday night drama.
Chuseok is a three-day holiday in Korea celebrated on the 15th day of the eighth month of the lunar calender. The holiday falls on October 2 to 4 this year.
It was announced that there would be many big stars attending the 2009 Dream Concert, but it seems some won't be able to make it; specifically fan favorites DBSK/TVXQ/Tohoshinki and 2PM.
It should be obvious as to why these two groups will not be attending. DBSK, with their pending lawsuit, said that they would have difficulty performing, and are officially missing the concert.
2PM on the other hand had been 50/50 all this while. With the recent scandal and their leader Jay Park (Jaebeom) leaving the group, fans have been mighty crazy and have shown that they are determined to boycott all 2PM events. But a JYPE representative confirmed on the 10th that all six members of 2PM will go ahead with performing since the schedule had been decided a long time ago.
It seems that while fans really want to see DBSK at the concert to the point where many prayed intensely in public, there's little or almost none of that support from fans of 2PM who do not want to see just 6 of them performing.
Looks like SNSD / Girl's Generation is still loving them some chicken!
The new promotional pictures were great for their fans. I'm not really sure what the pictures have to do with chicken except for Seohyun holding up the cute radish plush doll (she's so perfect) and Yoona eating a burger? Maybe a chicken burger...), but who's complaining?
You get everything from cute (Seohyun) to sexy (Check out Yuri and Sooyoung) to seductive (Yoona + eyeliner = amazing) and everything in between!

Korean fans may not be able to see the boys of TVXQ on stage together for a while, since it was announced that they will not be performing at Dream Concert. However, fans in Japan were lucky enough to witness the boys together as one at a-nation '09. They performed hits Stand by U and Survivor - showcasing their vocals and dancing.
a-nation is a month long concert tour held during the summer in Japan, consisting of Avex's (TVXQ's entertainment company in Japan) most successful artists. The concert occurred last month, but WOWOW TV broadcasted the performance today. I'm sure all the Cassiopeians are letting out a sigh of relief after seeing their boys together on stage once again.
